Shipping Policy
Products are shipped daily Monday to Friday - Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery.
Standard delivery fees may vary due to quantity and weight of the order. It will range between £1.00 – £50.00
International Orders
We welcome orders from other countries. Delivery charges will be quoted for per delivery address. Please allow a maximum of 5-14 days for delivery. For orders orinating from South Africa - please visit the following online shop www.truevine.co.za
Out of Stock items
While we endeavor to keep all items in stock, there may be an occasion when this is not so. We will inform you by email if this is the case, as soon as we receive your order. You are free to choose. We will then offer you:
• An alternative product
• Advise you of the expected delivery date of the out of stock item
• Offer you the choice of dispatching the whole order when stock is available or dispatching available items now, with other items to follow.
